Session Costs
My session fees are different for each type of shoot and determined by several different factors. The session fee compensates for the photographer's time and talent the day of your shoot. It also covers transportation expenses incurred by shooting on location, the time it takes in editing and retouching during the post processing of your images, the uploading and convenience of proofing your images (and sharing with family members who may not be close by) in a private, proofing gallery, and of course, sales tax. Sales tax for the session has been figured into the fee. All sessions come with a 20 mile standard mileage allowance. Anything over 20 miles from my studio will be subject to a small mileage fee. Sessions will be shot at a location site agreed upon before the shoot.

SESSION PRICING
LIMITED EDITION SESSIONS: $125-$250 – Vary in location, theme, and price. These will be announced periodically at a specific date and location, and are by appointment only. Normally 20-30 minute sessions.
REGULAR SESSION: $125- Includes up to 1 hour of shooting at my studio with 8 edited digital images delivered to you electronically. (Prints and/or extra digitals purchased separately!)
EXTENDED FAMILY SESSION: $125+ (6-10 people) $10 per each additional person over 10: Includes up to 1 hour of shooting at my studio and 15 edited digital images. Travel pricing available. (Prints and/or extra digitals purchased separately!)
SENIOR SESSION: $175+ - Your Senior experience with me will include a stress free session up an hour, multiple clothing changes and various locations within reasonable time and distance from each other. I don't like to rush these sessions so be prepared to stay awhile and let that personality shine! I always encourage my Seniors to bring anything that describes their personality or commemorates their time in school. It always helps for you to consider props and poses and possible locations prior to our session so that we don't forget anything important. Certain things to consider may be: class ring, letterman jacket, instruments, books, cell phone, laptop, your car/truck, favorite hunting gear or even your 4 wheeler! I love going that extra mile to get you that unique result you are looking for, so let's get CRAZY! Package includes 12 edited digital images. (Prints and/or extra digitals purchased separately!)
ENGAGEMENTS SESSION: $125 - Session includes 30 minutes of shooting, and 1-2 clothing changes at the studio. I love to travel to unique destinations that fit each couple or even to the place where he popped the big question! We will do whatever it takes to make these sessions everything you've ever dreamed of! Travel pricing available. Package includes 8 edited digital images. (Prints and/or extra digitals purchased separately!)
MATERNITY SESSION: $125 - Session includes up to 1 hour of shooting, and 1-2 clothing changes (I have some dresses available). Travel pricing available. Package includes 8 edited digital images. Price is $150 if you want to incorporate spouse/kids into the session. Please inquire if you have other questions. (Prints and/or extra digitals purchased separately)
NEWBORN PACKAGE: $250+ - (Package good for newborns up to 14 days old). Let's just face it, newborns are a beautiful, precious gift from above, but they are work, and that stands true in the photography studio as well as a home. Yes, they sleep majority of the time, but most of them don't like to be bothered during nap time. Shooting newborns requires lots of bustling around, getting them in just the right position, changing setups and outfits, cleaning up after accidents (and there will be accidents!), extra feedings, patting, rocking, etc. What it boils down to is TIME. Please be prepared to stay at least 2-3 hours (or more depending on baby). Although I have several different drops, props, hats, etc, please feel free to bring special things you would like to incorporate into your session. Package includes 12 edited digital images. 1st BIRTHDAY PACKAGE: $125 - Package includes approximately 30 minutes of shooting (indoors/outdoors or both), utilizing the session to capture your child's first year portraits and also incorporating the playful fun "cake smash" in celebration of this wonderful milestone! It's basically 2 photo sessions rolled into one! I will provide the props and balloons, while you are welcome to bring any other fun props from the birthday theme that would enhance the session (i.e. hats, toys, banners, etc.). We let you bring your own cake. Your package includes 10 edited digital images Please inquire if you have other questions. (Prints and/or extra digitals purchased separately)
MILESTONE SESSIONS: $125 - Normally taken at 6 months old, package includes approximately 30 minutes of shooting (indoors/outdoors or both), utilizing the session to capture your child's first milestone of sitting up, normally around 6 months old. Package includes 8 edited digital images. Please inquire if you have other questions. (Prints and/or extra digitals purchased separately).

What to wear
Whatever makes you comfortable is what you should choose!! If you are a Senior, then I would suggest a little casual, and a little dressy. A little bling, a little sass, and a lot of style. These images are designed to represent "YOU"!! For engagements, whatever suits your personality, keep it casual if that is your style, but feel free to dress it on up in your finest evening wear for a few shots too!! For families, coordinating colors is always eye catching. Everyone does not have to "match", but wear colors that coordinate and complement each other. I have found that you can google "what to wear for a photo shoot" and get lots and lots of ideas! Pinterest is another great resource.

I only shoot local weddings and would love to capture your engagement or bridal sessions too. There is an amazing wedding venue near me I would love to tell you about!

What happens next?
To be fair and to give each of my clients their individual and undivided attention, I edit each session in the order that I shoot with the exception of weddings. I work toward a goal of 1-3 weeks after a regular session has been shot to have your images ready for viewing, or approximately 2-8 weeks (give or take) to complete a wedding gallery. Most of the time, I fall within that goal, but during my extremely busy wedding season or when I am shooting ball league photos, my workload gets very, very heavy and I may run behind. I work very hard to keep up with the demand and keep clients happy, but your patience is very much appreciated. You will be notified when the images are ready for proofing and you will be given a link to access the gallery. Once you have viewed your images, and are ready to place your print order, the online shopping cart in your gallery will allow you to order at your convenience. Galleries do have an expiration date so you will need to place all orders before that date. Image backups are kept on external sources for one year, so you are welcome to come back and order at any time with $10 gallery re-activation fee. I do not share unedited RAW images.

I do ask that you RESPECT MY COPYRIGHT and the amount of time and effort I place into making your images beautiful. Please do not crop out my logo as I am always continually trying to build my clientele and would like to be credited for my work. I also ask that you not copy or photograph the thumbnail images in the gallery. They are not to be copied, saved, or printed. When these things are done, the quality of my work is greatly compromised and can reflect as poor photography on my part. I usually choose my favorites to share on Facebook, but if you see an image in your gallery that you wish to share, please ask and I will load a nice quality watermarked image for you to share.
